House Tour: Project 33
Soft & Alluring. The color palette in this Park City project contains different shades of blues, soft grays, and warming brass accents. This serene color combination is incorporated throughout the interiors of this mountain residence.
Neutral yet complex. Our design team chose to paint the cabinets in Benjamin Moore’s Iron Mountain which is neutral but still incorporates the complexity and cooling nature of the home’s palette. Natural light pours itself into this space through its sprawling windows and fills the kitchen with warmth and an invigorating energy.
Design Details. The master bedroom is simply eye catching. From the clear acrylic bed frame to the floral silk wallcoverings to the watercolor pattern of the rug, each detail is completely captivating by itself but still contributes to the overall design of the space. Soft blues work beautifully in a bedroom because the color has a calming and soothing effect, which makes this master bedroom the perfect retreat.
Clean & Refreshing. There is nothing better than clean bathroom details. We love how our design team decided to keep the master bathroom shower simple and minimal. This pristine shower is light, bright, rejuvenating, and provides its guest with a spa-like experience.
Finishing Details. This jaw-dropping chandelier, imported from Italy, is the perfect finishing detail of this staircase. Not only does this custom piece highlight the beautiful wood planked ceilings, but it draws the eye up, giving the illusion that they are even taller than they are in reality. Such a dramatic piece will leave a lasting impression on all who visit.
Form & Function. On the lower level of this home, we see a more casual take on the elegant living room being incorporated into this entertaining space. Our design team chose to deepen the blues and relax the materials to create a space that is fun, functional, and livable.
