Scandinavian Design Meets Mid-Century Modern

This stunning home, located in Midway, Utah, features a striking combination of Scandinavian and mid-century modern design. Its clean aesthetic is simple yet significant and is sure to take your breath away. Our design team took special care to attend to every detail in designing this project, creating a space that not only serves as a house, but a home.
The Living Room
We love this living room because the sliding glass doors span the length of the entire space and make this room feel completely open to the outdoors. The large windows and sprawling mountain views invite the landscape’s beauty indoors and creates an incredibly soothing environment within the home. Our design team used neutral and calming colors in this space to compliment the surrounding landscape.
The Kitchen
The large kitchen in this home is truly something special. Featuring a full slab marble countertop and backsplash, custom cabinetry, and high-end appliances, this kitchen is a beautiful sight. The large island makes for plenty of seating and the spacious butlers pantry makes this kitchen completely functional and perfect for hosting large numbers of guests.
The Office
Just off of the front entry is the office. Our design team had to get creative to work with this small space. These leaning bookshelves were the perfect solution because the narrow shelves saved space while adding an extra element of interest. Our team used two large mirrors to create the illusion of a larger room and added a standing hutch for additional office storage.
The Master
The master bedroom is one of our favorite rooms in this house. Our design team chose a neutral color scheme for this bedroom to create a calming environment for the residents to return to each evening. The light-filled master bathroom is equally as stunning. A freestanding bathtub and double vanities make this space the perfect place to relax and unwind.
