House Tour: Project 213 - Part I
Muted yet Complex. The main areas of this home have a color palette which consists of bone, charcoal grays, sun bleached driftwood, and hits of a rich mahogany hue. Each of these colors lend themselves beautifully to the muted yet complex palette of the home, creating an irresistible contemporary allure.
Textural Elements. The mixing of subtle textures in this great room is just one of the elements that makes the design of this space. We love how something so simple can elevate the look and comfort of a room.
Anchoring the space. The marble slab fireplace acts as an anchor in the room and focal point for this contemporary living space. A beautiful focal point such as this is crucial for a well designed space because it gives the eye a place to rest.
Sleek Details. Subtle details in the kitchen can update the space and make the design feel more modern. Details like this marble slab backsplash behind the range and sleek black range hood, while subtle, go a long way toward making the space feel sophisticated and current.
Carefully Curated. To keep the kitchen clean and contemporary, our design team was careful to ensure that the appliances and accessories were purposeful and meaningful. Each detail contributes to the space without creating clutter and compromising the integrity of this beautiful kitchen.
