Rebecca is Alder & Tweed’s Design Director at Silo Ridge Field Club and has over 13 years of luxury market experience across a broad range of interiors including luxury residential interiors, multi and single-family residential condo and rental, and hospitality/public spaces and restaurants. Rebecca has designed for several developers including Brookfield Properties, Algin Management, DHA Capital, Continental Properties, Ironstate Development, Equinox Fitness, Patrinely Group, USAA and Discovery Land. Her experience in hospitality design includes the Shinola Hotel Detroit, Pendry Hotel – Manhattan West, Eaton Hotel – Washington, D.C. She has worked on several multi-family residential projects such as 12 E 13th Street, Aro and Oriana in Manhattan as well as One Blue Slip and Two Blue Slip in Greenpoint Landing, Brooklyn. Rebecca was on the architecture team for a Christian Liaigre 11-building private compound on Nantucket Island and her work has been published in Architectural Digest Online, Mainline Today, and Surface and Wallpaper.
Rebecca’s passion for interior design extends to historic interiors and gardens, especially while traveling. She has lived in Alaska, Germany, Washington, D.C., California, Philadelphia, New York City, Montana and Connecticut. She once spent 6 weeks camping on the Siberian steppe while on a Bronze and Iron Age archaeological dig. Her master’s thesis was on “The Application of Pattern Language in the Compact Predetermined Interior”. She speaks German well, French some, Spanish poorly and has a darling Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Jules.
