Born in London, England and world-traveled since the age of four, Neil demonstrated a love of interiors and furnishings early on, beginning with spontaneously rearranging the family furniture (without permission) for better function and flow. Always drawn by architecture and scale, and believing that home is the utmost place for solace and memory-making, he embarked on his design education in Salt Lake City in 2001, as a repentant early student of law. He has earned three degrees in Interior Design and excelled in each, completing them all early, and earning the highest academic accolades each institution offers. Over seventeen years, Neil has practiced design in various areas including resort, primary residential, estate homes, and secondary homes primarily in the mountains. He relies on his range of study and exposure in several disciplines of the profession. His recipe: reaching back to the classical and forward into fashion, coupled with a team approach, and a pinch of intuition, while making the client’s desires paramount in the process. Neil loves all things design and hungrily absorbs new resources for the benefit of clientele. He enjoys project management – making it all happen – and delights at the thrills clients express as they experience custom environments.
An uncle to six children, an avid traveler, tennis player, skier, and hiker, Neil makes his home in Holladay, Utah. He is an obsessive dog-dad to his three-year-old miniature pinscher Archie.
