I knew I would do something in the interior design field from a young age. I was circling things from every PB Kids magazine and rearranging my room every few weeks (my parents were really thrilled about that). I even had a stash of clippings from magazines. I am originally from Michigan, but ended up falling in love with the San Diego lifestyle. I moved to San Diego in 2011 and worked in a tile and slab warehouse loving every second of helping people come up with design ideas. I eventually attended the Design Institute of San Diego and received my BA in Interior Design in 2018. For a short time, I worked in the commercial design world before joining forces with Alder and Tweed. After 10 years in Southern California, I was ready for a change and some fresh mountain air. Residential design is where my passion very much lies so the move to Montana was nothing but a blessing.
When I am not working, you can find me looking for ghost towns, hiking, or trying to teach myself to fly fish. I love the history of old homes, with a twist of new. When I do get to travel, my phone is filled with tile details, wall coverings, and quirky homes.
