Project Tailored & Timeless

Tailored & Timeless is a celebration of artisan craftsmanship and collected beauty, where Spanish influence meets eclectic warmth through hand-painted ceilings, stained glass pocket doors, sculptural stair rails, and bespoke millwork. Each room carries its own personality while remaining curated and cohesive. This guest suite features a dynamic collage of artwork paired with a distinctive barrel vaulted ceiling, while the ski lounge embraces a deep merlot palette with custom handcrafted benches and generous storage. Calacatta Viola marble door casings introduce a striking touch of luxury, resulting in a home that feels storied, artful, and effortlessly lived in.

Project Alpine Overlook

Alpine Overlook is defined by its connection to the inspiring terrain, where expansive glass frames the majestic mountainscape and every interior moment feels intentional. A warm palette of camel, espresso, stone, and nuanced neutrals creates richness while allowing the views to remain the focal point. Clean-lined furnishings in richly grained woods bring structure, while tactile textiles and sculptural accents introduce softness and quiet elegance. Rooted in warmth and quiet refinement, this thoughtfully designed retreat balances rustic architectural details with tailored, livable luxury. Soaring wood-beamed ceilings, textural stone fireplaces, and layered neutrals set the tone, while soft blues and earthy hues echo the surrounding landscape. From the welcoming kitchen and gathering spaces to intimate bedrooms and cozy sitting areas, each room flows effortlessly into the next—creating a relaxed yet elevated backdrop for hosting, unwinding, and savoring lake days year-round.
